Go back to Suntec store, don't bother to email the support, they really don't know anything. Sent them a few support questions and they either couldn't answer or answer something totally unrelated. Don't waste time.

Their email support is Malaysia even though there is Singapore email.
I emailed to the singapore xiaomi email address and the reply came from malaysia.

When I was at xiaomi suntec, I asked why the customer service guy at clarke quay look so nua nua and lazy, hide inside the dark room play phone until got customer come. Also whenever I called the customer service hotline is nobody answer one.

The xiaomi suntec staff just laughed and say the customer service number listed on the website for clarke quay was invalid since awhile ago. No one would be able to call in to ask about any technical issues about their phones. Hence the suntec sales branch always kena technical or customer support phone enquiries.

During the first few months after the release, the Mi Note 2 was hyped out but stocks were hard to obtain. When stock is readily available, it's no longer hyped anymore.. :s22:

Need some help here. My colleague bought a China set and doesn't know how to flash global ROM

Downloaded the global rom but can't flash. Is there any additional steps needed ? Thanks.
