I remember it was smooth with I first got it. Few FW updates later and it started to lag and jerk.

You will find thw same for MiPad 4 too. Each time you get a upgrade, tge package get bigger and more functions. So finally you will need a new machine.

Not working perfectly as we cannot add Google account to sync contacts.

Pubg can, but Google account wise is weird.
need to enable permissions manually...

Finer sells the 32gb for 225 after 30 discount but overall cheaper than other sellers for the 64gb version
