not sure if this has been discussed, can I easily find a 3-pin plug for xiaomi tv? Didnt really like the 2 flat pin type as it's not really secure and might trip when accidently moved. Let me know as I'm totally noob about electrical appliances. thanks

If you really really want, you can always change the plug to UK 3 pin type. But for those who are considering getting Mi TV 2, take note that you will need power source for :

1. TV
2. Soundbar
3. Subwoofer

So total of 3 x 2 flat pin.

So if need to use a DVB-T2 tuner to the Xiaomi TV3, it would be connected between the soundbar and the wall RF socket? Any other inputs will be thru the HDMI or USB input.

I have just received my 49 inch Mi TV2 today and is testing it 3D feature. I played a movie from Phoenix -> TNPB in KODI 15.2. But the picture appeared side by side. Any idea how to activate the 3d function in the TV?

for 3D movies settings on TV, touch the bottom of the TV , then use remote to toggle to the 3D settings. I normally select Auto settings.
Bad thing about this 3D setting, every new movies have to go to select this settings....

for me selecting left/right on the tv using the remote works, auto doesn't. If you're playing from PC, can use software (video player) to do it as well. My tv menu looks different from yours though...

I think you access the menu via touching bottom of the TV right? I access it via the "Quick Setting" by pressing and holding onto the "Home" button the remote. I have tried both ways, and both are unsuccessful. :(

no leh I use the remote only. Pressing the menu button (the button on the right with 3 lines). Is your source your PC/laptop? Can use the video player to do it if you can't do it with the tv.

In most area that already covered by DVBT2, you only need a short indoor antenna. This is the beautiful part of DVBT2.
He was asking whether just plugging into the wall plate can give him the DVB-T2 signal or not.

So far the Mi TV 2 55" is great. But can't find any 4K full movie available online yet leh.

But even if have, I wonder how big the file size is.

He do not really need that. Wall plate will have many dependence eg the central amplifier of the building and etc. These amplifier many need modication or change to allow certain channel frequency.
