They didn't say anything. Basically what happened was -

My tablet had around 70% of battery life left and and I proceed to plug into the the charger as per normal

15 mins later when I remove the charging cable

I realize that the tablet couldn't be turned on

I tried to google for remedy but nothing worked

Had to send it for repair

Funny thing was it's only a 3 months old device and it's the first time a xiaomi/poco tablet actually died on me

So far apart for asking for my imei number

The svc centre didn't really gave much feedback on anything yet

Same issue as my lenovo legion y700, after charged cannot power up. It was only 11 months old. Sent for repair and they sent it back to China more than 1 month.

I think that's why I end up choosing to use xiaomi pad mini instead of legion, red magic and oppo pad mini

Spend $$ is 1 thing but if really something happens at least got easier access for repairs locally

Does it burn when gaming? Intense gaming?
Otherwise, I do not see any reason for it to give up unless its a inherent QC problem.

It doesn't get at warm as my OPPO find n6 (up to 49°c)

Once in a while it gets warm but not to an uncomfortable feeling

That's usually when I leave it on for auto farming

Probably at best up to 30 mins and I'll check in on the game before letting it go back to auto farming (rinse and repeat this cycle for 2 to 3 times at max)

Frequency of cycle is around max 3 days a week

Then should be MB QC issue then, just your luck (in both good and bad way) that it failed now.
