Xiaomi Redmi Note 2

I find the gps location for my redmi note 2 is not good as i expected. It shown more than 10m to 20m away from my actual location even using high accuracy setting. My previous samsung note 2 is very accurate even using phone built in gps.

As i always use runkeeper to track my running. The poor location accuracy has affected my tracked run result. Anyone feel this redmi note 2 gps location is that poor?

flash Poland ROM. GPS locates me less than 1 second when I open Google map.

Your samsung note cost about 900~1k. Redmi Note 2 $200+... you got ur answer? It's decent enough already. In fact most reviewers have reported fast tracking for this price range.

Haha they facebook already gave impossible answer say need to study market demand and see minimum stock to bring in. No profit margin within their target they won't bring in.

Not so sure. The reply i received as if like cheap cannot be all that good kind. Probably i will try a few times. Before using for my runkeeper. I have used on my recent oversea trip and already witness the poor accuracy of the phone gps location.

Most probably have. Anyway MIUI roms not dependent on latest android system. They are well optimized already.
