Root won't affect OTA. Just make sure before applying update or downloading, you flash back the default Mi Recovery(don't use twrp or other custom recovery, always got problems with updates one) to prevent update issues.
Developer version are rollout of updates for users to use and test and provide feedbacks. Once the bugs are solved, they are slowly pushed to stable. Yes. V7.X is stable.
Anyone have idea how to delete the user preset? So far trying to get the hang of miui 7..
Edit: found out that I need to press and hold the "user preset 1" to delete..

Anyone using original pebble watch with redmi note 2? Can't seem to receive WhatsApp notification on my watch. I've locked both WhatsApp and pebble app in the app drawer. Enabled autostart permission for both too..
I'm running on stable global rom.
