get redmi note 3 better
Note 3 16gb selling $232 same seller.
Personal preference bah, some may prefer cheaper price, expandable storage n removable battery.

"expandable storage n removable battery" at this day and age is an illusion
Dunno about the removable battery leh. Xiaomi China and SG not keen to sell the battery, want to push sales of Redmi Note 2 finish then sell all the Note 3. Better hoot from Taobao now if not next time end up with no battery. Even if 2 years later, the phone still good to use as portable storage!

Battery still makes sense. Lithium Polymer still a better choice in terms of durability. Usually after we use 2 years sell to 2nd dealer, they will sell to under developed nations, at least less e-waste unlike those non-removable battery phones, very fast end up as e-waste.
redmi note 3 selling pt is 4000mAh batt
i charge my phone everyday so i guess any batt life is no diff...
Lithtium ION battery capacity drop very fast one, the more you charge battery capacity also drop. Also bad point about ION is that it doesn't matter if you charge or not, even if don't charge, battery capacity deplete still, so overall battery capacity deplete faster than polymer overtime. This is so as lithium ion is cheaper than lithium polymer and energy density is lesser.
OOS now![]()
i'm not disagreeing just saying that batt life is not really an impact unless itz samsung spoil batt life lol...thats pathetic lol...

I know lol, just saying that Xiaomi pushing the battery life as selling point for Redmi Note 3 a bit![]()
Eyeing for note 3 64gb since last week but couldn't get it through tiong site...today saw lazada offer n hooted note 2....
Sent from Samsung note 8 using GAGT using GAGT
note 3 is 32 if i'm not wrong...
By the way those debating between Redmi Note 2 and 3,Redmi Note 3 performance gain is almost nothing, only better temps by 1-2 degrees. In terms of battery life people claim +1.5hrs more SOT then Redmi Note 2 but take note, this is without extensive use of fingerprint reader, so if factor in fingerprint reader, am expecting a bit of drastic drop in battery life.
