Seems like not much interest on the Redmi Pro (Helio X20/X25) phone, anybody thought of getting it?

Dual camera and OLED screen.

Guys, can I check if the Redmi Note 3 we have here is the same as the Redmi Note 3 Pro? I'm confused as some websites show these are 2 different phones...for example Redmi Note 3 use MediaTek chipset and 13MP camera, but the Pro version use Snapdragon and 16MP camera. But on the Xiaomi SG website, they have Redmi Note 3 but the specs seem to be the pro version. Can someone clarify?

Redmi Note 3 Pro is the same as Redmi Note 3 sold on Xiaomi sg webby.. :)

Both uses Snapdragon 650. Same same! Cheap cheap!:)

Only that the Pro is an export set which doesn't has local warranty by Xiaomi!

I see, I see. Thanks! Am liking Redmi Note 3 more and more. Will pop by Challenger, hope they still have stock. :)

Do I consider that my phone is rooted if I changed from China ROM to Global Developer ROM beta?

I think next year is very likely. Let them settled down with official MIUI8 first, then move to the next deployment of Android 6.

It is not that difficult I guess as Xiaomi already has the experience on Mi Max running Android 6 now which is more or less than same spec as Redmi Note 3! :)

Wah ... seems like this Samsung Galaxy J7 can fight with Redmi Note 3 SD.
