I am planning to buy a Redmi Note 3 from Challenger. Some noob questions:

1. Are those sets from Challenger using SD or MTK chipset?

2. Is the ROM global version? Or I have to flash myself?

you can save $110 by buying from Lazada with the HURRYSEP30 discount
making the phone at only 188
compared to Challenger at $299

Theres a nagging issue i have with the phone not pushing notifications, turned on this and my old fruit phone at the same time, fruit immediately pushed, note 3 stay silent.

I also have to admit that MIUI is problematic and it is unpredictable for Push Notifications.

My Note 5 received notification but my current Mi Max or RN3 as I was using previously stays silent for certain apps notifications. :(

It can be freaking frustrating.

Anyone got delayed WhatsApp message after updating to 8.0.2.0 (LHOMIDG)...I have no problem previously...Checked autostart and WhatsApp is on...
