No point getting a 2/16 model even it is cheap.

2/16 is so 10 years ago.

Get the 3/32 moving forwards.. :)

Guess it all depend on what your useage. In general, 2/16 is more then enough unless you install lots of applications. Running multiple application is another story as Miui is tipically not good in multi tasking. Give you 6G also not much different except to satisfy the hungry Miui.

MIUI is an Android ROM, with an intuitive UI that features simplicity with power features, something like an iOS skin with the customizability feature of Android.

MIUI features more user-orientated feature that is not available yet on non-MIUI Android devices.

the notifications issue is driving me nuts. none of the apps are giving me push notifications except for whatsapp when it is locked in the background.

disabled all the optimizations, customized autostart too.

grrr on 8.0.5 stable.

Lol at the exaggeration. Find me a phone that had 2GB RAM + 16GB ROM 10 years ago.

Everyone has got different needs and purposes. I got my 2GB/16GB version for just a little over $100 and i am very satisfied with it since i only need it as work phone. Little amount of apps to be installed and almost no games - perhaps just Pokemon Go lol. 3GB/32GB cost almost 50% more. Not that i can't afford but i simply don't feel the need to.

Oh! Gosh!

Now I remember that I ordered 2x iPhone 8GB from USA and paid $70 to someone at YCK to jailbreak it.

That was incredible. Haha.

Tried that before. It does not work. Best is lock application in memory. However, cannt do too many as it csn run out of memoty quickly.

yeah and phone will start to lag. was running the beta rom on marshmallow, didn't face this issue.

flashed back to stable 8.0.5 and all these notifications issues came up, hope they fix it in future updates. :s22:

Qoo10 only $166.15 before Qpoints lol.......

I just collected mine from seller and it is a real export deal. Comes out of box with global ROM and Play Store. Tiagong is from another parallel importer with service centre at Toa Payoh... Though im still skeptical lol...
