i m using only beta since the intro of miui 7.
no big issue for every day usage and more advanced than the stable.
but of occasionally, new bugs are also introduced.:s13:

Not at the moment, and most probably won't happen. Xiaomi also not daft. They won't release the important codes for bands out.

Imagine you're Xiaomi, people buy just your phone but flash other rom, earn what sia? Just the super small initial margin? Their idea is the same to be like apple, continuous stream of revenue by using their rom, mi app store(for China users) and who knows what data they sell? Haha.

But honestly, Xiaomi has allowed users to really get best bang for their buck, good hardware at affordable pricing.

so far Android M global update seems to have removed the ability to play m4a from default music player.

Also had some bug after upgrading that no music would be shown in default music player. fixed it by delete .nomedia using root explorer.

battery life seems better than previous version.

By saying "who knows what data they sell?", are you implying Xiaomi might be secretly our personal data to other companies ?

bought a redmi note 3 tpu case from toa payph pasir malam $5
shld be able to fit my kate which is 2mm longer.

i tried ipak note3 hybrid case on my kate, it fits but back kinda of overstretch the gap.

I got mine note 3 from Newstar Qoo10 recently. It was a kenzo.

Best to call before ordering. It is not clear from the product description whether it's a kate or kenzo.

Anyone tried the xiaomi.eu modifed beta ROMs? Feedback?

I saw that they required unlocked bootloader and some TWRP software installed.
