anyone got ever change the battery for redmi note 3 mtk version? if yes how safe? good battery after changing? where and how much

Been experiencing overheating of phone. Anyone has any idea? Never upgrade firmware for 1 year, then over time the phone gets hotter during usage and Esp when charging

I only got the phone 1 year ago, during 1111. If so, where can I go get the battery changed and roughly how much? Thanks

its a bugis junction just changed mine last week @ $40 took 45 mins got 3 month warranty

Not nice! Updated and now the phone no more accepting my password. It spends some obvious time 'checking password...' but just won't accept. WTF!

After so many times of update and routine reboots, the 100% correct password failed to unlock the phone. In the end it said '8 more trials before wiping data'! WTF, I'm not Tom Cruise man! After 2 more trials I left the phone aside first because of work. After 3 hours I took out the phone again only to discover it has already self reset!

This is a major fail in the 'all the while has been so good xiaomi report card'. #%;^=+#
