Hi,

Just collected my RMN3 32G just now from SLS. $230.00 comes with 1 mth warranty. Still ok for me as I need it urgently due to my Mi4i battery bloating bigger and bigger...

Anyway, the staff there says it's a China ROM. If I wanna a Global ROM, I need to do it myself. The staff helped to install Google Play inside.
What's the difference between those two ROM? Any advantage of running Global ROM/ China ROM?

I'm a EN Language User instead of Chinese (though I see the phone icon is in EN).

Just checked my Phone is running MIUI 7.4.9.0(LHOCNDD)

If you check Xiaomi site, the newest China rom is another version & an older version at that.
I flashed to the official Global ROM partly cos I am not sure of the origins of MIUI 7.4.9.0(LHOCNDD).

Was also having problems with the shop pre-loaded Play Store.
Can access the store but can't download any apps.
