miui v6 is only for china rom, SG official note 4G set is miui v5
You can update to china rom, but got to DIY gapps.

There's still no update of the global firmware. I'm also on the 6.3.3.0. However, the latest developer firmware is 5.2.13 v6.4.4 Comes in two flavors - developer and original.

Thanks for the heads up!!! just updated.
Testing the music playback and it seem to have fixed the music playback issue when the screen is turned off (Redmi Note 4G LTE music player problem/4G support - Redmi Note 4G - Xiaomi MIUI Official Forum).

EDIT: the music stuttered when i first opened the gallery app... but unable to replicate again. hopefully is because it's first load....

One press on the menu button will do. MIUI 6 changes the style of it too.
