having the same issue here, not very noticeable though unless on white display.

I can't backup my redmi note 4g onto my SD card. My phone firmware is not rooted.

I tried using MI PC Suite and realize that the software only backup contact details but not the apps and its app data.

There are some problems with the charging port and the on/off button. Xiaomi Service Centre says that the parts is out of stock. I am afraid that the replacement of the parts will affect my phone data.

Hence can anyone here teach me how to backup the phone without rooting the firmware.
