Most probably is export set ba... That is not a question to be asked when he have a local set on hand It is easy to download play store from the mi store though...

one issue i find is the storage space... saw someone say can move the app and data to sd card...

Guys, the Note 4G camera had been so unreliable. Very frequently, if you try to do many shots in a row, the camera will tend to become choppy or hang. Not sure if you had experience them. Always cannot take a good shot in critical moment. Very pissed off with Xiaomi phone now. BTW on MIUI6.

what "critical moment" scenario were you in, while attempting to capture a good shot? then maybe can further advise on possible settings

Camera focus prpperly liao, when press shutter button suddenly out of focus.

Duno why liddat.Pictures need take few times then clear

you do need to root MIUI first to gain App2SD support, can try searching on MIUI Forum (http://en.miui.com/forums) for root methods.

Managed to solve it by download GO keyboard 2015 app..!

Feedback from from son than this GO is better and user friendly than google keyboard.

The difference is only the addition of dual SIM that supports 4G and a newer 64bit Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor.
However, the current released is only for China Mobile's 4G network, the one that's compatible with SG's 4G network is the China Unicom 4G variant.

However, I have seen some people selling Redmi Note 4G Dual SIM on carousell, claiming that it is a local set.

One of the sellers on carousell said that she bought the Redmi Note 4G Dual SIM from CEE 2015 just last week. So she assumed that it is a local set. Is there any way to verify if it is a local or export set (besides bringing it down to the customer service center)?

The only official local redmi note sets (i.e warranty covered by Xiaomi service center) are 3g (dual sim) & 4g (single sim) todate. The rest are all all exports sets. (Some covered with local distributor / shop warranty)
