The download link state that "miui_HMNote4XGlobal" which means is for SD625 variant.

While the MTK X20 version:
http://bigota.d.miui.com/V8.0.4.0.MBFMIDG/miui_HMNote4Global_V8.0.4.0.MBFMIDG_4ea9c644a3_6.0.zip

"miui_HMNote4Global" is the normal MTK Redmi Note 4.

4 and 4x SD version use exactly same global firmware version. but hardware spec is some different. Both 4 and now 4x also has MTK processor version. That how Xiaomi confuse consumer.
