I have a quick google and it seems that AI is better than pro.

Called JTBC up again today and they still said their stock are preloaded with China rom. Really confusing.

Guys again, don't get confused btw the Rom type and the model type. The model is Redmi Note 5 AI Dual Camera and it is released in China plus a few other countries. Those sold in China comes with China rom and for other countries they are preloaded with global rom.

They don't have available stocks usually, so they put 30days of preorders to save themselves from complains.

You can call them and ask if there's available stocks. If they have then you can try ordering from Shopee and self collect at their shop.

Technically it should be sealed since you got the one with China ROM so should be China set. Is the words on the red outer packaging in Chinese?
