Tried lineage is after using miui for 1 week plus. Not much difference in ram usage in global ROM vs lineage. The best I can get is 1.6gb used ram in miui and for lineage is about 1.5gb

its damn confusing lol I asked the seller, he say its china set. but also say global rom? means what? he flash it?

It could mean 2 things:

1. It is one of the official Global Rom sets with China specs (but limited to 4GB ram max) available now in Singapore.

2. As you said, China sets but with vendor flashed Global Rom which might not enjoy OTA updates.

but still if the bootloader is unlock u can always flash with the new global rom.

I have never done flashing before. Should I YOLO and try flashing my Note 5 China ROM to the above Global ROM? =:p

Oops. My China Stable ROM doesn't allow me to update to the Global ROM stating that it can't update to an older version =:p

Well if ur 1st SIM card is already occupied for the 4G data den 2nd SIM will be 3G. But if your 1st SIM card is 3G den your 2nd will be 4G. Vice Versa. (Up till now I have not seen anyone reported of been dual 4G standby)

Beside they know how to post rubbish, they won't be bothered with SG market. Even Philippines has been dead, but Redmi Note 5 make it alive back. They have been dead after Mi 4i times till recently it started to be alive.
