Is China version same as with China rom? So dies JTBC have to open the box and flash the phone with gobal rom?

Thanks for the recommendation but in the end I got the 64gb Note 6 Pro at essentially $179 (redeemed for the $20 Mastercard/suntec city mall voucher) for my mum.. she really digs the rose gold colour.. one colour which i notice Xiaomi seldom brings in to sg for their phones.. my mum also feels safer to have the 1 yr warranty

my mother also like pink color, the color not important...put on casing, u can't see the color anyway. the color mainly for second hand phone market.

yeah, export set is like gamble....but so far all the phones ok....
For me, i find that the sg xiaomi agent markup too much liao, then the clearance sales always those old models.... so far, i only bought 5~6 times from them....

All my recent Xiaomi phones are bought from their authorised LazMall store. I normally buy them during sales period, gotten my Mi A2 @ $269 (100 off RRP), my Pocophone @ $359 (90 off RRP) and Redmi 6A 32GB @ $89 (70 off RRP) for my mum. Never gotten a phone at their marked up RRP.

Haha those greedy agents.. those 5 - 6 times u bought from them.. did chiu buy new models or old models?

Anyone using China rom Pie upgraded to v10.3.4.0?
This version when boot into custom recovery will prompt for password to decrypt the data partition.
Thus unable to install magisk.

Wipe all data will removed this request for password but after reboot into system and setup this password prompt will appears again in recovery mode.

Anyone solutions?

Does the Redmi Note 5 supports duo speaker ? It has BT 5. How do I enable it ?

I have a OCY T2C. If Redmi Note 5 support duo speaker, I can connect to this earpiece individually instead of to just the right piece, right ?
