Anyone got issues with missing items from Xiaomi 16th August sale?

My box was delivered in fact - all properly sealed up. But when open, realised the box missing 2x headphones, 1x clear and 1x matt screen protector and 1x case.

No packing was included as well.

Their chinese helpline kept requesting for the packing list, despite telling them it not included and it had been 3 days and but all they can do is request for the packing list before they can investigate!

Singapore edition got so many things bundle? All you mention none is available when buy at Malaysia.

this is heaps faster than s3 and slightly faster than s4

means play games faster/smoother

It's bigger than s3 by quite a bit, but it's most significant when compared to iphone

By the way, how is the audio output from redmi note? (Checked the eng reviews but can't find any..)

pretty good, loud and clear without much distortion at high volumes. lacks in bass but it's expected (it's a phone speaker, doesn't have a subwoofer) but not tinny at all

i'd say the speaker is comparable to flagship phones, without much significant difference


as for 4g, it's slower than the current 3g model

the current 3g model scores 28-29k on antutu, 4g model (estimated) would score 21k

for comparison, galaxy s3 scores around 16k, s4 around 26-27k

it depends on your needs. i don't engage in high speed downloads, and i have only 3GB anyway, 3g is enough for me. it's just that sg 3g coverage is horrible sometimes, so you have to get used to that (e.g. for my m1, there's always a blind spot between jurong mrt and clementi mrt)

How abt with headset on? Does it has the hissing sound aka white noise?

you can test it out at telco shops to check for sizing, camera, etc

moi 1st time use it for driving, the gps stopped working after only approx. 5 seconds, the sweet voices say : "GPS signal lost", so no more voice navigation. and the map stalled.

tried a few more time and the same result : GPS worked only a few sec than ITE.

same here.. it didn't work yesterday but i reboot the phone and it was working again.

gonna test again.
