Is this a good charger to use? It's 2.1A,saw it at serangoon plaza at $16.

Just buy one of this to test the charging current. But do take note that you will have to have good cable too to ensure good current output.

Another thing to note is that the charging current fluctuates and so far the maximum charging current that I saw on charging Note 3 is about 1.82A. But it doesn't charge at 1.82A throughout, think most of the time, it charges at about 1.12A.

After 90% ... think it drops to 0.82A range.

you can probably get the same thing for an equivalent price or less off ebay

but as I mentioned earlier, the stability of components is another issue entirely. the ebay 2.1A charger i bought couldn't even work without improper component vibration. that thing wasn't worth $10, i wouldn't risk further use of it

Ya will be getting this too, I think I might just get the sony charger since I only need to charge 1 thing only which is my phone and it is a sony brand too.
