i've tried charging with power bank & can input 1.5A+.

None of u guys feeling shortchanged on the charger? 2A become 1A zzzzz... someone shld make a hoohaa on it, reminds me of the Acer laptop / Intel wifi chip saga back then :s13:

Rooting Mi Note

Anyone knows how to root the phone?
I searched around but I think they only have it for CDMA version but ours are 3G version. Those from Redmi 1 works for this phone?

For those who gotten your phone, is xiaomi poor in quality compared to zenfone?
in term of build.

Yep. Got no idea y the flame war between this and note 3. Xiaomi note was never to compete against Note3 and its high spec. It was for the low end mass market which like me need to big screen phone for whatsapp, some net surfing and occasion video. Wonder which part of the low end mass market word the flamer miss out
