Guys I need ur help....I HV problem when I plug in my earphones n unplug it, The icon still shows I m in earphones mode n can always hear incalla thru my earpiece. Only after I off n on the phone then OK but when I plug in my earphones, same thing happens....did factory reset also same prob :-(

I can tell you that the UPS CSO also don't know the where about and they just give you
a standard reply the still under clearance..
It happened to me a few times.. The delivery will just came and deliver.
My last week order tracking show 11 July left Philippines and status show delivered on
12 July it was received by my wife..
Got 3 order on 15 July, 2 on UPS same status as rest of you.
1 order still no tracking number assigned. Email Xiaomi and was told it will be handled
By Fedex. Info will be updated by tomorrow.

UPS delivery man tell me the call center is in Malaysia so don't know what is going on in singapore. so waste time calling them. i once just put down the phone with the CSO after hearing the delivery is only next week. the ups guy is at my door with the item. so just wait.

saw someone post this on xiaomi FB. I no expert in chinese but seems like it means xiaomi note got "trojan" which always connect to china server any security expert here can verify or deny this?

Just when I thought I would receive today (expected date was today), they changed the date to 24 July... Sian cannot setup, configure, customise and play the phone during the weekend.

for goodness sake. stop posting delivery status in every post. this phone will be delivered to you no matter what.

i am more interested in the issues or queries people raised and if there is a possible solution to it, which would be useful to current users or potential users. by posting delivery status dosnt value add to this thread.

can we stay focus and make this thread useful to others instead of "where is my phone?" "Its in shenzhen now!" whatever im not interested in where your phone is fyi.

no offence to anyone but this delivery status thing is really getting out of hand. 9/10 post is about delivery frustration or updating of delivery status.

am using the piston earphones & i didnt face such issues.
iirc the 1st time u plug in an earphone there'll be 2 icons shown for setup, 1 is the optimising of earphone type (Settings-Sound-Optimise audio quality) & the other is the setting of earphone buttons (Settings-Headphone). Maybe u can try playing around with the settings
