haha. mine still sitting quietly in the Fedex facility. I called them. they say need to clear batch by batch... zzz so i have to slowly wait. haha

my note was ordered on 7th n came that sat (4 days) via fedex. My redmi 1s ordered on 15th came today at abt 9pm thru ups (7days). Seems like there is a delay for shipments this round by both fedex and ups.

Sent mine to the customer service center the other day. Turns out my headphone jack n 3g sim card slot were faulty. Got a one to one exchange. Waited 45 minsk just for my turn cos at first there was only one fella attending to us! Later there came another guy but he spent like 20 minsk talking cockpit to a customer! Added to that, he was quite rude....told me he only exchange the phone for me n cant help me with my screen protector. When asked where can i get the accessories for the phone, he say sorry cant help with that....wth?? On the bright side, new set is working well so far....

Hey all... I'm still can't decide whether get xiaomi note or zenfone 5 ($200) or 6 ($299). In term of price zenfone 5 is cheaper as it come with earpiece. Notice xiaomi note is more popular compare to zenfone. I believe there must be reason n I may be not aware. Before I'm decide.. Can your share what make u decided to get xiaomi note. Thanks

Mine is more of the keyboard. It "shift" by itself for no reason. So symbol comes out instead

ZF has better build and near to stock android. IMO. If I've extra bucks, i would go for ZF5.

Note also not bad. It might be heavy and thick. It still served it purpose.

don't look at popularity. Look at hardware and software, specifically features that you need and bugs you can't tahan

hardware-wise, redmi note has advantage of removable battery and backlight for home, back, menu keys. redmi note also supports usb OTG. Zenfone is lighter and bigger or smaller (since you mentioned zf5 & zf6) Zenfone 6 also has larger storage (16GB)

software-wise, MIUI and ZenUI have pros and cons, depends on what features you want. E.g. MIUI can record phone calls, and lots of customisation
