I don't need apps to sdcard; I have updated to the latest JHDMIBF30.0 which allows camera, music and videos to be saved to external sdcard. This is a basic function of smartphones which is also available on my previous Redmi 1.

Just that screenshots are still saved to phone, the update can be further improve.

Too bad the latest firmware v30 still doesn't enable screenshot to be saved to SDcard. Hope they can fixed that in next update. Currently the only option is what I have pointed out, or copy over manually.

Don't think so, however I am using this app - Screen Lock/Disable Touch to disable touchscreen when I am watching video.

Is version 30 still beta or official ?
The latest I checked still version 29. And it still does not solve the SD Card problem.

It's official at MIUI ROM for Redmi Note - MIUI Downloads - MIUI Official Community but hasn't made it to OTA yet.

V30 solved the SD issue apart from saving screenshots.
