I am keen to hear your feedback. I am still hopeful to see improvement to the Viomi hybrid tank fatal flaw and water tank fatal flaw, so that they can make the whole family series usable.

First run was actually quite good, let me know what the flaws are and I can make some tests on them and feedback to them.

My initial impression is that the robot moves slightly faster than Viomi and is quieter!
The batt is 5800mah and charges with a 20v/1.8A brick instead of 20v/1.2A.

Both the dry-wet and water tank will cause ponding in the dust compartment as the vac runs and bumps around. For wet dry mode, the water ponds will get suck by vacuum resulting in hepa and debris wet. Mold may grow and cause lung problem.
The water tank air pump inlet hole is at bottom of tank and will suck in the ponding water, causing the air pump to fail prematurely.
Both scenarios are based on daily use, medium or high water, without emptying the tank.
While both tanks have dripping issues because of the holes design, they are not fatal for hard floor user. But can be bad for wood floor users.

Hi!

I am intending to purchase my first robo cleaner and is looking forward to your review! Actually this Hydra S7 is only sold on one platform, at Gearbest right? Not really familiar with that platform, not sure how much the shipping will end out to be.. Saw that they actually ship from Hong Kong...

iLife x800 vibration mop performance is unexpectedly poor. I tested two passes using water marker on tiles, only about 60% cleaned across diff tiles passes.
Legee scrubbing mopping one pass already 80 to 90% across diff tiles.

My experience with X800 being the China version is, apps is hard to download, slow and frequent timeout. So non local testing buyer should avoid, my opinion.

I wanted to get that! but now my wet mopping is all performed by the SWDK robot, which is honestly decent!
Performs decently albeit abit noisy..

i just wish ilife will improve upon their w400! i still use it for area cleaning regularly as well.

Works with xiaomi app? Or dedicated app?

Right now on the website is $429.

The Hydra uses its own locally supported app.
Don't need xiaomi app, I like it.. faster and alot of features! Can save multiple maps too!

The Deebot 950 by low noise, water tank and navigation below $700 range is the best even against XM. App function mihome still my favourite. The Navi 3.0 is superior.

Surprisingly to hear this from myself after saying its mop is 50% effective, the X800 navigation is rather good even as standalone mopper. The X800 innovation is in its mop tank which comes with a dustpan. The rubber roller brush still able to scoop in debris while the mop tank works. Thus the robot runs very quiet and yet able to pick up light debris. Leaving no damp issue unlike Viomi. I choose X800 because of the thin profile for some area.

Just schedule the swdk when you are away. The legee is also noisy thus assigned for getting stubborn stains.
My w400 has been banished for toilet only long time ago.

I am excited to see that the Deebot 960 is finally going on sale very soon.
