Haha... Ppl say/asking why get a water proof / resistance phone?
U will appreciate/love it when ur phone drop into water or when water spill onto your phone.
Some ppl just sweat a lot especially nowadays the sun is out at full force. So this will prevent your phone from any water damage which my phone 4 did.
It went haywired after too much sweat got in due to my job nature, lucky can 1 to 1 exchange.
Looking forward to acro S release in sg. Also not to forget when phone ringing while ur hand is wet?? What will you do??
Well all these IMO. Different ppl different needs that explain all the different makes and builds out in the market making consumer spoilt for choice.

If next iPhone was water / shock / dust proof (ip67 cert) will ppl say why need such a phone??

Lolz :s13:

i think water proof is a really convenient feature. it's one of things u can live without but u'd be freaking glad it existed. i mean freak accidents can always happen; u might drop ur phone into the pool, jump into it with the phone in ur pocket, get pushed down by ur friends etc...

would be cool if it could survive :)
