Just changed at arcade 1.5 hour ago, 20K @ 15.80 at my regular changer...they no more stock so I walk around then changed another 20K @ 15.70 ....but the changer attitude - talk without looking at u and also throw the receipt and $ on the table as if i am a beggar, then another staff quickly come over and softly ask me my $ ..think he knows i buay song...but for $2 difference...i wouldn't want to change there again....

maybe i suay and approach the wrong guy....lucky i thick skin so if rate good tomolo i will go and try again....approach another person first and then come back and approach the attitude guy see what's the outcome...haha...then i can confirm whether it's stall or just that person ....

the base unit of measurement here is 1,000 yen. not 1 or 100 yen or yen equivalent in SGD.

its alot easier to calculate stuff e.g Visit japan airpass @11k yen. therefore, 11 X $16 = $176 SGD. easy computation. compared to things like 1 SGD = 66 yen = 11,000YEN/66 = ??? SGD.

sorry to bugger you but was house ikebukuro really that good ? im quite confused now, went to google up about it and found out a few bad reviews of house ikebukuro.

someone was complaining its walls are paper thin and some people just tend to be very inconsiderate and yak all night.

im going to try to book on monday and make a request for the 2nd floor rooms. saw some pictures of it from someone else's blog. pretty OK IMO. just dont like sharing internet with others and want me own wifi and the curfew thing, have to return by midnight, is it strictly enforced ?

i dont like that, i wanna explore tokyo around at night without any restrictions. its really nice. but the curfew thing really gets at me. might stay at kimi ryokan instead though.
