i suggested to my travel buddy that we exchange euro in bulk (since it is dropping so much) and then sell it when it is back high...the profit earned will help even out the expensive YEN we paid for the trip...lol.
yen 17.06 @ mustafa as of now.
OMG... 17 ~!
later will be worse.
Seeing the good ol' 1.30+ will be a possibility juz like we were seeing like $1.25+ when our economy was at its zenith and Japan was having a whole shiatty load of political problems.i also thought it might have been the worst in December... lets hope this doesn't last too long and we will see 1.3 exchange rate during our life time again.

But wait for this Big Bear to lumber past first. My best guess is, we wun be seeing $1.40+ anytime within this year. Probably middle of next year earliest I guess.
No one is able to give proper updates about Yen and it is sure that we will see a dip by the end of March.
why do you say that there will be a dip in March for Yen?
who noes u may not get to see the cherry blossom next yr....choy...;p

the only reason that might happen is if i mati. Of coz, if I mati, whether I can see or not won't matter.![]()
the yen is overdue for a correction. very weak fundamentals in japan. poor biz outlook, falling consumer demand and increasing unemployment.
no reason for the rise. probably s$ growing weaker.
aiyo why so morbid. choy choy. may you live long and prosper.
There is a reason. We just dont know it.
