in any case, citigroup says best performance since 3Q 2007. Dow Jones rally. expect STI to rally as well.

raffles place is usually slightly better.

we always mention mustafa coz they have their rates online. we refer to it to get a rough feel of the rate we shld be getting at raffles place or other places.

strangely, if US banking sector like citigroup is recovering, and bottoming out, why is the yen still rising as a safe haven currency ?
