daily usage like Dota 2, Combat Arms, HD movies, youtube, FB, email, MS Office and some video/photo editing is not a problem.

I won't say very very.

E2160 may be weak by today's standards but it was a big leap ahead of Netburst CPUs. A budget e2160 (1.8 GHz) performed about as fast as a high-end Pentium D (3.6 GHz) and ran significantly cooler.
