If you don't have a printer, maybe can write one. The delivery guy sometimes don't see it de... Both times they sent also didn't collect the authorization letter... :|

Zero1 have the same problem as Zeromobile... Email them they take ages to reply, even their fb is kinda dead.

I have problems connecting. It prompted me to enter my details every time I am at a hotspot.

Not sure if anyone shares the same situation..

Due to their technical issue, i couldn't port-over and had to take up a new Zero1 line

Recently, tried my luck by emailing them if they can allow me to port-over my m1 line to replace the zero1 number.

Now i'm checking My Services and seems like the port-over is in process, just wondering what's gonna happen to the existing zero1 number lol...

I did the same thing, but I think that would take a bit longer as it would have to be done over email.

i.e. make order for new line => email them to port over your line to replace their given number => wait for SIM to be delivered => wait for number to be ported over

29/03 - Placed order for $19 plan on
03/04 - Delivery notice
05/04 - SIM card delivered (did not put into phone)
10/04 - 10am Singtel SMS number has been ported
10/04 near midnight phone no more signal from Circle Life. Pop in new SIM Card. Got 3G signal. On iPhone so did Network reset and restart. Got 4G signal.

Morning woke up saw 3G signal again. Could be my place. Now outside at work 4G all the way.

Able to use MySingtel app with OTP send to my phone number. Current data usage reads 99.4MB/Unlimited*Data . Bill Period 01-30 Apr.

PS: Once my number ported over, I start to receive SMS and Whatsapp SPAM from those %!@#D@# money lenders. Already registered my number when the Do Not Call Registry was setup.

So I think bloody Singtel or Zero1 is selling such SPAM services to these people without proper screening and exposing out data. I never had this problem when I ported from M1 to Circle Life 6 months ago.

Time to rock Singtel's/Zero1 Data Privacy/Protection boat.

Me can't login wireless sgx with zero1 sim. Once I switch to m1 is work.

(Dual SIM phone but usually I set one sim off)

Trying to port from them to Starhub due to non-existent customer service.
