I suspect your zero1 sim account originally already got problem that why the speed it so bad. Zero1 service is bad, if you look back all the chat here. There are many ppl got problem with zero1 sim card. Some cancel and some went to zero1 office to bang table. After that speed problem are mostly solve. My zero1 account speed is good at most place in sg. I don't think is area problem. Even some area speed are no good, but if compare both speed after throttle. I can confirm speed after throttle for zero1 are many times better than myrepublic.

Any one here agree with me?

Zero1 looks like a 1 man company to me, 1 rich person sign a MNVO contract with singtel then start operate lol

Their site previously hosted at wix,but now moving to singapore amazon server and allow user to subscribe private number add-on service and IDD pay as you use.

Hopefully they get better.. as I quite satisfy with the speed after 3Gb

That is the reason why i say suspect problem with their sim card. Different ppl might have different definition of fast and slow. So when ppl say zero1 speed is suck, i think maybe is because that speed consider slow for different ppl, which is no right or wrong. But if compare between myrepublic throttle speed. I doubt it faster that zero1. I have both lines.

It is a 4 employees company if I am not wrong.

One way, u try zero1 for 1 month. If you not satisfied, use this number to port over to circle life to get additional 2gb than use DBS or POSB card to get one more 1 GB. Altogether 7GB at $28 better than zero 1 @ 3GB for $29.9 if u don't need the throttle speed.

I don't know why you cant take other inputs. I happy with what the plans I have. We just want to share the best package option. No reason I share false information. I got both my Republic and zero1. And my test is, myrepublic is better when I used it as a hot spot to stream my tvbox and zero1 just don't work.

i got sign up my republic too..the throttle speed can't even steam YouTube 240p at my phone ..i straight away cancel ..and maybe u r the special one that can get 0.6mbps speed

My Republic Uno Plan throttled speed is 0.3Mbps.

It can stream CTI and EBS live news at 240p but sometimes will lag. Live CTI lags more than live EBS. Normal YouTube videos can stream smoothly at 240p.

I don't believe myrepulic throttle speed can stream that video after 1GB. I have read all the forums input + myself own experience as well. I have use zero1 1Mb as trial test for hotspot to see what video can run. At even 671k/s it is not possible to stream video without lag especially the video he show. Rubbish.
