The boundless data is actually meant for light website browsing and whatapps texting etc. Not meant for multimedia consumption. There is nothing wrong for them to offer that, just that some users' expectations are wrong as they want it for multimedia consumption.

The $8 uno plan is really a wonder for the elderly folks.

1.Most of them talk more than surf

2. Even when they surf, most of them use it to check 4D/Toto/whatsapp

3. Best also if they use the whatsapp to record a message and send across. And communicating with them also uses that.

How to get 13gb for S$23.00?

You need to have NTUC membership before you can get that price. Basically sign up for M1 $20 sim only plan for 12 months. You will get 5gb data for that. Now M1 has a promotion of adding $5 for additional 5gb data. When you port over to M1, you get another 2gb data. So it is 12gb data now at $25. With NTUC membership, you get another 1gb data and free caller ID, plus 10% off subscription.

Anybody knows what's the real reason why Singapore still wants to use fiber broadband?

Mobile internet can actually go at high speed also what... :s22:

Singapore has no unlimited data(no throttling & allow tethering) in cheaper price.

Place like taiwan can get things like 499TWD on unlimited data(no throttling within contract) for 1 years contract and just simply use it as a home broadband.

For singtel/m1/starhub, they are charging like 100++per month for unlimited data which actually cost more than fiber broadband

Zero mobile price is quite good, too bad no tethering allow.

Anybody on the 1GB plan getting such speeds even after supposed to be throttled to 1Mbps?

In fact I starting to suspect they actually boost up speed test speed as it's possible to detect whether are you running speedtest or actual using to surf net

I had a streaming server in digital ocean SG data center streaming at 700-800kbps, using zero 1 still unviewable, need to drop the bitrate to 500kbps and still barely can run smoothly

ps. just thinking, 01 don't sue me plz
