i hope its good enough for video streaming (420p) like they claimed..

i wonder if Netflix will work ? anyone try before ?

I don't buy his words as he definitely will need some time to drain all his data (at least 10GB or so) to hit the 0.4mbps throttled speed.

What's your throttled speed?

I used approx 1.5GB on my secondary phone and the throttled speed is 1.05mbps download / 0.98 mbps upload. Honestly, Youtube videos on 480p quite smooth as for now.

Not sure whether the throttled speed will slow down once i used 5GB or so.

try instagram / qoo10 / uploading few pics on FB ... it is very bad loading during throttle. I was the initial $19 subscriber ....

Netflix is okay. I able to watch even I exceed 5Gb.

My $19 plan also experience bad throttled speed recently, so far aldy used up 6gb. Those wanna sign up better beware

all those who said bad are very subjective leh. If really want, do a speedtest and write down the speed when throttled.
