My Starhub 'S' monthly bill is $55 + $5.35 (Caller ID) after 20% CIS discount.

With 3 lines together, I need to fork out $ to pay $80 for these 3 lines monthly. Quite chor hahah.

At one point, I wanted to pay Starhub $401 to terminate my expensive 'S' contract.

How many device you need?

If really want to terminate, terminate the Zero1 better. UNO can keep. (at the view of today)

And also depending on what kind of number you are holding.

Starhub confirm is your daily driver, wont cancel for sure.

For Zero1 and UNO, are they golden?

I called Starhub to enquiry in about the Early Termination Charges and they had quoted $367++ for the 12 months Early Termination Charges.

I was thinking whether to pay an Early Termination Fee and port out my Starhub's Golden Number to Zero1. Then, I will rely on my daily mobile usage on both MyRepublic Uno Plan and Zero1's $9.90 plan which sums up to $18 for the first 6 months and $23 in the subsequent months.

I did some calculation. If i were to continue my plan with Starhub + Zero1, I will need to pay around in total of $860 for the next 12 months whereas if i pay $367 for the early Termination Fee and $18 for both Uno + Zero1 plan, it costs me only $583-600 for the next 12 months.

Hence, I'm not sure and would like to seek your advice on this. :(

On a side note, my Starhub S plan inclusive of 4GB Local Data, Unlimited Weekends Data, 400 mins of outgoing call and 100 free SMS only.

If i combine both Uno + Zero1 plan, I will have a total of 2GB of Local Data, Unlimited throttled data, 1200 mins outgoing calls and 1200 of sms.

Coming to a month end in 2 weeks time....

I have 3 mobile lines with me - Starhub S plan, MyRepublic Uno Plan and Zero1 1GB to unlimited plan.

Definitely unable to terminate my Starhub S plan as there is a remaining 1 year of contract left.

Hence, I'm indecisive whether to terminate MyRepublic's Uno Plan or Zero 1GB to Unlimited plan. :(

Both plan offers 1GB Data. However, MyRepublic's throttled speed is unbearable but with 1000 mins of tempting outgoing call while Zero1's throttled speed is much better but with only 200 mins of outgoing call. :(
wat u mean cant terminate yr StarHub ? my wife StarHub S plan with 18months contract i also Port over ..pay $700 termination fee ..i counted alry at long run i still save money .just advance have to pay that amount first

Porting over my golden number but have to wait for their "reminder" when my simonly contract is ending. Technically, on my m1 page there isn't a "contract end date" though.

This is scary. I'm afraid they will do the porting over 1 day after my contract end date which means I would be contactless for a few days? (Given their superb delivery speed and activation process)

Maybe I should port my golden number to circles life 0 dollar plan and just obtain a zero1 temporary number first?

When your contract end, it does not terminate, so no worry about this

So weird, is it a glitch or what? Hit my 1GB around afternoon and it's throttling but yet in the evening I am able to go back to the full speed at some point. Not sure what's happening but nice to be having more speed.

Ok my 3gb are done so now it’s really trottle down to 1mbps.

Surfing fb no issue, slight lag on hwz app. Little buffering on 480p video on YouTube, actually very watchable honestly speaking.
The video that I was watching - https://youtu.be/NiHF-cwto_A

I aga aga, your story too long.

S$860 if you stick with your plan
S$600+$367++ ~ $967.00 for terminate + porting + ease of mind. (I think is worth it, subjected to if you dont depend on Starhub 4gb local data unlimited weekend, 400 mins etc)

Should be okay to do early termination, if you see yourself sticking to UNO and Zero for long term and you will see your savings. But also subjected if they dont increase the price along the way.

I ask you all.

UNO $8.00 per month,

Zero1 $9.90/$13.90 per month

If you all combo them. $8.00 + $13.90 = $21.90/mth

Thats (1200 min talk time free incoming free caller id + unlimited 1mbps data)

1 year = $262.80
5 year = $1314.00
10 year = $2628.00

I rather one time pay them sign contract $2628.00 for 10 year usage and give me 15% discount. HAHAHAHA

Those people with postpaid.

10 years, $70/mth = $8400
+ handset $400 x 5 = $2000

Sum up to $10k liao

So you got $7.5K budget to change your phone across the 10 years. ( UNO+ ZERO)

So one year change one S$750 phone, bo laksa!!!!

1 year buy 2 Pocophone, lanlan!! No kick at all! (One Black and one Blue)

Just my 2 cent. Flame me if you want!!!
