Now their customer base still not much, so they still can afford to give $9.90 plan 1mbps throttled speed. However once their customer base grows, it would be another story. They might just reduce the throttled speed of the $9.90 plan since from the beginning they have been advertising the throttled speed of $9.90 plan as slower.

Haha, shouldn't it be the opposite? More customers more profits. :s13:

Now less customers got spare bandwidth, so don't really control. More customers then need to control bandwidth liao.

This is their side problem. They should have be prepared for it. :s22:

I focus on the after 5GB see how is the speed more important first :s13:

I've reached 5gb, confirm speed will drop to 0.5mbps. with this speed it's not as usable anymore I will cancel this line. Still it's a good plan for those who use below 5gb per mth.

the biggest problem is that they can sustain 10 years or not. Plus, the monthly price is not confirmed, it might change overtime.
In my view, Zero1 will be able to sustain the longest compared to the other MNVOs.

I presume the first MNVO market will be out of market is Zero Mobile. Their "unlimited" data 4G plan costs $70 per month. :s22:

Followed by Circles.Life - which their plan are not cheap either. :s22:

If Zero1 have 10,000 users subscribing their $9.90 plan and 5,000 users subscribing to their $29.90 plan, definitely their monthly profit is almost $285k or so.

I dunno this unlimited speed seems like a trap ...only works for very specific users with specific requirements .
I still will go for 20+SGD 12mth traffic light plans @5gb 4Gspeed with perks like bonus free data or free weekends .
More worth it in the long run .

Circles has a lot of kumgong using them thinking they're the cheapest, because of all their marketing stunts

We won't know their profit margin, expense, salary, rental from singtel and etc. No point guessing if they can survive or not.
Just don't assume that it will last forever.

Dun think so since 0.5Mbp is stationary , if on moving train or bus signal and speed drops .Only good for basic messages.

Give free referral data = free advertisers .it's good strategy .
I dun think most of them can beat trafficlight prices and value in long term .

You forget about service level... Zero1 provides almost zero customer service... That alone will be sufficient to bring their downfall if they don't change...

I think you mean monthly revenue, instead of monthly profits, as Zero1 certainly don't get the bandwidth for free.
