for example if you get your sim august 10th (they will charge you 10th till month end + september full bill).

Remember to email them the port out date and telco you have move to ask them to terminate any further billings.

they may have change the system and reduce your $9.90 bill following month. I got mine pro-rated when i was on $19 plan.

They changed their billing system I think.

For my case(old system) billing date is 1st of the month

On sign up pay full month amount, billing start on the day of receive SIM card

On the next end of month, bills came in, pro-rated for $20+ instead of 29.99

Sign up on 9 July
SIM card receive 12july
First bill came in end of August $20+ for the period of 12 August to end of August

My application process for a new line was very smooth. Got my sim card on 3rd business day after signing up (as promised by zero1) and line was activated by noon on 4th business day.

I only paid when I registered on mid sep.. till now 6 weeks. Maybe on 1st Nov they will charge me 1 month of Nov bill + pro rate the 2 weeks I owe them?

If that's the case I have been using throttled speed for 6 weeks.. not fair for consumers right.

you can port out anytime without informing them even during first month, but they not gonna refund you the unused portion during first month since you have paid in advance.
