Did you guys get the zero1 bill? Why there is a $10 connection fee for unlimited?

I am having data for 1 second and no data for 5 second. And it cycles continuously.
Started seeing this at around 4.30pm today. Using the 9.90 plan.
No issue on making calls Tho. Is this the new form of throttling?

Luckily I still have starhub as main line... Hope it is just a network issue..

Same issue for me. Started around the same time. Lucky this is secondary sim for my tab.

Does anybody find that it is progressive throttle for 9.90/13.90 plan?
Excess data usage of 0Gb - 1Gb - throttle to 1Mbps
Excess data usage of 1Gb - 3Gb - throttle to 0.8Mbps
Wait I use some more data then report here.
