you need to email them to change new sim card to enable roaming... collection at thier office

Jin ridiculous asking ppl go to their office collect sim card. At least provide mailing / courier service la. They think everybody Jin boliao can anytime suka2 go toa payoh?

I got charged twice by zero1 for November billing. Guys, please check ur credit cards billing properly!

The extra transaction charge of $19 was stated as unposted in my bank transaction. What does that mean?

I signed up in September and the data resets on activation date. So I think the billing should also be based on activation date.

Where you guys saw this info about the new roaming sim card thing?

If u register after 15 Aug, roaming is already enabled so no need to change sim card. The change of sim only applies to those who sign up before the mentioned date

Haha. My turn to zao. Cannot seem to stream Spotify as well as before. Keeps buffering. $19 user.

Now to deal with termination customer service.
