Jin ridiculous asking ppl go to their office collect sim card. At least provide mailing / courier service la. They think everybody Jin boliao can anytime suka2 go toa payoh?

Zero1 using Singtel 4G infrastructure so I guess it's probably Singtel fault?

Did u try restarting your phone?

On and off zero1 will have hiccups not as stable as singtel

I signed up in September and the data resets on activation date. So I think the billing should also be based on activation date.

If u register after 15 Aug, roaming is already enabled so no need to change sim card. The change of sim only applies to those who sign up before the mentioned date
