my credit card just got billed crazy number of times, more than the months i have been with zero1!

anyone with same issue?
This month my billing delayed. Billing cycle is 1st, should be billed by 8th (last month I received by bill on 5th) but until today still no bill generated and no credit card deduction.

Messaged them via Facebook PM and they say they have technical issues causing the delay. No ETA on when I will receive the September bill.

Also recently the mobile plan usage was down for 2 to 3 days just before they launched the 2 new 5G plans on 9th Sep 2022. So not sure if the Zero1 system was affected by it.

Saw the extra charges being refunded into my credit card account. Guess the issue is resolved for me.

Just switched from M1, here's my first impression of Zero1.

For the same price I am paying, I only had 40GB data on 4G, 100 mins &SMS on M1. I used to try out M1's 5G as well. On M1 5G SA, highest speed I was able to get was 647Mbps, in town area, on my iPhone 13 Pro.

I wanted to switch to their SIM only plan for $19.95 with 100GB data 1000 mins & SMS but was told "Bespoke is on the new system and cannot switch to old system". Whole lot of BS, so switched to Zero1.

Same price, 60GB with 5G before FUP kicks in, 500 mins & SMS. Did a speedtest, and results were pretty impressive for 5G NSA (still using the same phone).

Waterway PCN. The best result of all. This test alone had consumed about 2.6GB of data

Overall signal, well it's SingTel backbone. You can't go wrong with it. But somehow, it tends to flip between 3G and 4G at home, when I was able to get consistent 4G or even 5G SA with M1.

Customer service had so far been pretty good. They were quick to respond to tickets and ported my number over without a hitch.

I have recently used my Starter as a data provider when I was doing ICT in Gedong Camp. I have noticed that with plenty of users (I'm assuming Singtel network) around, my data rate will get throttled down to around 1Mbps, usually half of that, which is borderline unusable for anything other than messages. That's regardless the fact my 6GB data cap has not been reached yet. During an earlier weekend where only few of us returned, speed was noticeably quicker (at least 20-30Mbps).

Tested when I was outside camp, and speed was close to what I posted here a few months ago (200+ up and down). So that's one thing to take note on subscriber priority over the parent mobile network, especially when a lot of users are based off very few cell repeaters in the same area.

But somehow, it tends to flip between 3G and 4G at home, when I was able to get consistent 4G or even 5G SA with M1.
I don't have a 5G phone myself yet, but have you noticed standby (screen-off) or overnight battery life being affected with the more-frequent mode switching?
