For zero1 jumbo - price is higher, $12.15 (1st mth) for 60GB (if you top up from shopee is $12), and no volte

Both Zero1 Jumbo plan and Heya have manual top up which you can find on e-commerce platforms. If you have saved your credit card information on your Zero1 account the bill will auto deduct every 30 days so no need for manual top up.

Both Zero1 Jumbo and Heya do not have roaming capabilities and are meant to be used locally only. Zero1 don’t have VoLTE while Heya has on certain phones.

Anyone else with a Zero1 line having trouble receiving SMS text messages? Over the past few weeks roughly half the text messages never arrive. Any tips on how to resolve that (if it's fixable)?

need to test
e.g. use another phone with zero1 sim, then compare
also, use your main phone with another sim to test
then finally, use your main phone in another location to test

then can narrow down problem is due to telco, phone, sim, location, etc.

Is this a new line or an existing line that went nuts?

also, did you change from an iPhone to an Android phone? That's been known to create issues because of improper deregistration from iMessage.

personally, i haven't had any issue on my zero1 line, but admittedly, i don't really get too many (legit) SMS on that line. But the spam ones are still coming in!
