How long should I wait until I port away from zero1 monthly renewal? 2 days? Will not paying the monthly renewal fee 8 days before affect anything?

Doris is on shift today

I rather talk to an AI bot

Doris is the biggest id10t in the history of CS, worse part is she is real person

In case anyone needs help; go to harper point, the malay girl at the table (literally a table, not even a shop) is better than Doris 100x

real or just cover up ?

Looks like... They ARE losing customers... and finally feeling the pinch. :s13:
Hope they are really reading the noise from online and forums like here.

Ray, Doris, if you are reading it, appreciate if you provision it to customers like us. Do not profile us just because we received the x months free of subscription. The x months promotion is not unique to you, other Singtel MVNO;s like Vivifi and Zym also got the months off promotion. Customers from them also got the new benefits. Same for customers from other telco (Simba, eight mvno).

Zero1 CS confirmed via email that they don't have 10 mins free incoming roaming calls (like Roam Guard from Vivifi & Zym):

At the moment, Zero1 does not provide free incoming roaming call minutes. All incoming/outgoing calls and SMS while roaming will be charged at prevailing roaming rates.

wait wait. Which Zero 1 customer service occifer is this? Ray or Doris?

I asked about that a few months ago and they double confirmed that I have the 10 mins "Roam Guard" to prevent any excess cost due to spam while overseas. I ask for confirmation, they said "trust them that it is provisioned".

I've got email. I'll use it as evidence if i kena any roaming calls.

realised they also finally updated their $15 plan to have 600GB local data, it was 400GB this morning on the website, other ST mvnos already changed to 600GB.

Anyway, my usages still show old entitlements, 600GB MY-ID-TH and no global roam

Zero1 also wrote to confirm their data usage sequence:

For destinations with overlapping entitlements like Malaysia, Indonesia & Thailand, usage priority is as follows:
1) Paid roaming add-ons (if any)
2) RoamAP 20GB (monthly)
3) 1TB Malaysia, Indonesia & Thailand (365 days)
4) Roam World 50GB (365 days)

For destinations such as Hong Kong and Taiwan:
1) RoamAP 20GB (monthly) will be utilised first
2) Followed by Roam World 50GB (365 days)

However it is different from what I experienced for Vivifi that utilised the Roam World 365 days data 1st. Anyone can confirm above?

From Doris replying to a ticket I submitted.
