then they should just give us and not just for new customers.

I asked before for the 50GB APAC, they say for new customers only. It appeared before in my services mgmt page, and then went missing and now appeared again in the form of global roaming together with his brother 1000GB MY/TH roaming. But it is not showing on my usage page

I contacted Zym via WhatsApp and requested them to give me the latest 50GB worldwide roaming 365 days promo and they agreed! So happy...

Zero1 used to be flexible, while zym not flexible to give the new benefits. It now seems both companies has switched CSOs.

I won't harp too much on the 1TB MY TH ID roam, since 600GB is more than enough and it's not like i go JH very often.

ya same thoughts ...free stuff always good but mostly unnecessary

I checked my plan. I've so far used 506mb out of the 600gb given. I went jb once during that time I think. Imagine how many times I need to go to use the 600gb.

1TB is a gimmick for 99% of the installed base.

yup. No use for 1TB roaming, just a pure marketing gimmick. Who will use 1TB/365-days for their Malaysia travels. When you go overseas, it's not like you are doing speedtest ahems, twitch video streaming all the time, just enjoy the food and travels. The 400GB local data already hard to finish using.

you need alot of power banks for speed test and videos while roaming lolz

Haha. Maybe except for those that is living in JB but needs a Singapore #.

protest with saying you going to port out! It's not fair that Zym is giving exisiting customers! I have a lot friends also quite angry they are not given the new entitlements, we will all port out en masse
