Those able to check usage via singtel app can confirm refresh date for data/sms/calls is on 1st of every month or billing cycle?

I am paying $29.90 but the first 3 GB suucks big time.
Slow...lose connection...etc.

Alot of time totally no 3g at all.

Actually as long as they get the capped speeds of 0.3mbps resolved, should be ok already. But their service is damn slow...

Well, I think lets be reasonable. Those complained about the connection issues for the first 3gb and extremely long porting process are at least reasonable. But those whom are complaining about the speed after the 3gb might be too much. I understand that they did mentioned YouTube will still stream fine, but they did not mention the resolution you are watching. So rightfully if you can stream YouTube at the lowest resolution, they have already fulfill what they mentioned.

Ya lo, the 1st point is the bare minimum, it's what $19/30 signed up for.

me paying $29.90 too first 3GB very fast after streaming all the way no problem .4g all day long .never lose connection .

There's some batch of the sim card is locked at 0.3mpbs, even before the 3GB is up. No 4G, max is HSPA.

Ccb.... Account number 2XXX registered on 13/3 and I haven't got my sim card yet. Yesterday finally sent them an email if sim card not delivered by this week, I'll just proceed to charge back my $19 payment.

An update from me. Got sim card on the 16th. Till date, haven't even port over yet. Email sent on the 20th still has not been replied. Porting over from circles life. Now need to pay 1 more month of circles life bill zzzz

Same here. Am waiting to Port from Circles.
I am Cancelling my Porting request with Zero1. Very well use data from Circles for couple of weeks before making fresh request

i ported successfully from singtel in one week from the date of sim card receipt.
network is good, seems like no difference or maybe even faster than singtel for first 3gb. SINGTEL is still displayed on the network bar on my phone (not sure if it is supposed to be Zero1 instead?).

just wanna share since seems like many peeps having problems. maybe i am lucky since i was originally from singtel.

so suffice to say, the usage does not correspond with your billing cycle right unless your billing cycle starts on the 1st. then what use is the tracking for?

I don't get this. Coz my starhub billing cycle is 17th. Usage refresh cycle is on 13th/14th. So both won't coincide,in my experience.

Edit: I was checking if for zero1, it will coincide. And it helps to know when it refreshes so I can better manage my calls and sms each cycle.

tracking should coincide with bill cycle imo. then you can monitor your usage e.g. when you exceed your 3gb.

and bill cycle as stated in their website, is from the date you receive your sim card. for me, i received mine on 21 March. However, usage tracking cycle is from 1 - 31 March, 1 - 30 April, e.t.c

i also just checked my singtel app again, apparently it states that my billing cycle is from 1 - 31 March, 1 - 30 April and so on. below is a screenshot.

Well, the way they have done is easier for them(I think its not mentioned in FAQs?)
1. Reset ALL accounts on 1st
2. Charge customers on the day SIM card is delivered

I guess there will be additional complexity once folks send SIM cancellation request because they need 30 days advance notice, hence billing/data all will be pro-rated..

Got my SIM card on 27 Mar. I signed on as new account. Until now still 3G signal. On 27 Mar I emailed them to ask them y it was 3G signal. Today they reply it was “fixed” and tell me to restart phone. I restart few times and still 3G signal and I replied by email no change. Guess I have to wait another week for their reply. What to do? Pay monkeys you get peanuts. Just have to sigh deeply n hope for the best.
