oh, think the data reset on 1st of every month, cos i can stream youtube 720p smoothly now... i used over 3gb last month and throttled.. today realised it is streaming at 720p..

My singtel app for now until zero1 release their own app.

oh, think the data reset on 1st of every month, cos i can stream youtube 720p smoothly now... i used over 3gb last month and throttled.. today realised it is streaming at 720p..

so regardless of billing cycle, data usage is based on calendar month is it?

Got my SIM card on 27 Mar. I signed on as new account. Until now still 3G signal. On 27 Mar I emailed them to ask them y it was 3G signal. Today they reply it was “fixed” and tell me to restart phone. I restart few times and still 3G signal and I replied by email no change. Guess I have to wait another week for their reply. What to do? Pay monkeys you get peanuts. Just have to sigh deeply n hope for the best.

mine lagi cui, my email subject got account# there, but their reply was to ask for my account number.

I seriously think they are overloaded, just reply the email first so tahan more.

I also received the delivery notification for 4th Apr. I chose my office address. I think you email them and change to your office address.

I guess it is easier for them/SingTel to manage by calendar month. Imagine different people sign up on different dates and they have to manage all the different dates.

well, I sent an email to info[at]imda.gov.sg with my contact number, and they called me to get my complaint details.

33xx still pending and stuck at 3g @ 300kbps lol.

May not work for all. Mine keep saying I must enter a Singtel number.

just to check, your number ported already or a new number?

mine is ported from singtel to zero1, then I can access the singtel app without logging in

only this kind of cases then can see using singtel app, otherwise no way to check usage.
