As my decision process to purchase the services relies partly on the representation Zero1 had made regarding the timeframe of the expected delivery, this does feels like they have misrepresented information in order to entice customers to sign up.
I question the ethicality of such practice and urge the ASAS to counsel Zero1 and advise them to remove or change the ‘estimated 3 working days’ representation. This selectively crafted wording allows the firm to unfairly claim that that they enjoy a no upper limit on the delivery period.
To accept payment (which zero1 did, I am happy to furnish my credit card statement), for the supply of goods or services that they know or ought to know that they will not be able to supply within the period specified, or within a reasonable period, constitutes to unfair practices under the Second Schedule, CPFTA 2009.
As a consumer, I am determined to exercise my right that I am entitled to, prescribed under the CPFTA. Hence, I would very much like to have CASE assist me with the case.
