Hmmm was thinking whether after $9.90 promo over after 6mth, should I just upgrade it to $29.90 for stable 1mbps? I'm heavy user but doesnt mind the speed at 1mbps.

if 1 mbps matters, should just change now. :s13:
unless u wanna see if for your usage, the 1 gb plan is enough.

hey just started using zero1 (1GB to unlimited plan) today.

Realised that sometimes there's "no network" - tried to restart and etc but all didn't work. Then I realised that switching the carrier from "automatic" to "manual - choose zero1" will bring the signal back. Also, I noticed that the carrier name is displayed as "singtel" instead of "zero1" at times.

Anyone else facing similar problems?

zero1 is provided by singtel, so normal to see singtel icon, imo.
When reach poor reception areas, i'll lose signal too. but, imo, its normal. i just switch over to my starhub sim (dual sim phone).

Based on their FAQ, seems it is different throttled speed for 1GB and 3GB plan?

The managed speed policy may differ for 1GB To Unlimited and 3GB To Unlimited plans. We do not recommend viewing of videos at 720p or higher for
the 1GB To Unlimited plan at the managed speed.

Seems like some of the users here have feedback that the throttled speed of the 9.90 plan is slower after certain gb used. So it might not be the same.

Did you email them to complain that the 9.90 throttled speed is too fast, not fair for the 29.90 plan users; like what you did previously?

1mbps throttle is the average speed for telcos/mnvos nowadays, except for myrepublic uno plan. :s13:

Pls refer to the 2 post after urs:(:(:( Jin sad Sia I tot I found 13.90 perfect plan

you listen to other peoples post here or you tried and test yourself?

if you test yourself can try using the mobile broadband 4g usb portable modem for testing speed

sometime smartphones the apps are running so could be affecting the speed.

You need to have NTUC membership before you can get that price. Basically sign up for M1 $20 sim only plan for 12 months. You will get 5gb data for that. Now M1 has a promotion of adding $5 for additional 5gb data. When you port over to M1, you get another 2gb data. So it is 12gb data now at $25. With NTUC membership, you get another 1gb data and free caller ID, plus 10% off subscription.
Boss tiagong need silver NTUC black huan cannot right ? If moi use friend de keyi ma ?
