Anyone has the same problem like me?

I apply on this week monday but until now they never sent me any email telling me whether my application successful or failure.

All I receive is sms & email for Xdel delivery on this friday.

Email them at both their emails to ask but also no reply...zzzz

Check website also saying application status "pending"

Is it I must wait longer?
I applied mine last Saturday. Received a SMS from XDel on Tuesday and again received my SIM card this morning.

Accordingly to Zero1's rep, "PENDING" refers to SIM card yet to be activated.

They anyhow pop out new T/C for their own convenience?

3. Can I port-in my existing postpaid number from other telco to replace my Zero1 number?

We are not able to support this for now due to system constraint. We hear you and we are working towards facilitating this request in the near future.

That's FAQ not T/C

However for T/C all company is the same, they reserve the right to amended the T/C

I asked questions about roaming and wanted to share this with existing users before 15/8/18.

Thank you for contacting Zero1!

Yes, you need to change new SIM to have roaming feature available. Alternatively, you may wait for next month to have the roaming access ready (without having to change SIM).

There is no need to change SIM again if we release data roaming packs.

Hope this clarifies.

"From main webpage"
Unlimited Data Mobile Plans
First 1GB/3GB at 4G speeds;
managed network speeds thereafter.

ZERO LIMITS On Data Usage

Live the connected life! Surf the web, watch videos, listen to music, share every moment on your favourite social media channels, most of all, stay connected with those people you love. Do it all with ZERO LIMITS.

No data cap. No extra data charges ever. Say “Yes” to Unlimited Data!

"From Help webpage"
For your data consumption, you will enjoy 1GB/3GB worth of data at 4G speed and thereafter, your internet speed will be managed and optimised. We have tested the managed speed on popular applications such as WhatsApp, emails, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify and Youtube and for common usage, the apps will work normally. This move is to ensure that every customer will be able to enjoy the best-shared resources. We do not recommend viewing of videos at 720p or higher for the 1GB To Unlimited plan.

The speed is not a static variable but it is dynamically adjusted according to the type of applications users are using, the network condition of the websites users are trying to reach and the network utilisation at that time. Speed may also vary depending on the phone you are using, its RAM, the number of applications you have as well as your location.

From above mentioning, I get the hint and guess it will be 1mbps for managed/throttled speed liao for 1GB & 3GB to unlimited plans.

I wonder why all the telcos/mnvos never reveal their managed/throttled speed for customers/consumers.

They should at least provide information for us what... instead of having to test managed/throttled speed ourselves :s22:

If they reveal it to you, and you found that its false.

They will have to spend more time to fix you.

So they rather tell you "at a manageable rate"

Tio bo?

Even for 100mbps broadband, you do a test. It will never be 100mbps at any time.

Yeah I agree on example if 100mbps bb, you never get 100mbps on test all the time.
But at least it can be range of information provided to clients mah ;)
For Fibre broadband Telcos does that.

You see MR Uno, they say boundless data...then the throttled speed horribly slow. No information again.
In future you prefer to have info or no info? :s22:

Marketing strategy I guess..

By telling ppl it's just gonna be slow a little bit, compare to slow down to 1mbps..

"We do not recommend viewing of videos at 720p or higher for the 1GB To Unlimited plan" for 3GB plan as well, 720p is definitely not gonna work

By the time it finish buffering, is already Christmas
